Job summary

Tencent’s Interactive Entertainment Group (IEG) seeks a capable full‑stack developer to build PC and mobile apps, with front-end using React/Vue and back-end APIs in Python/Go/Node.js. You will also integrate AI modules, including LLMs, and work on product UX and system reliability.

You will participate in architecture design, code reviews, and documentation, while ensuring robust builds, deployments, and cross‑team collaboration.

Qualifications

• Familiar with at least one back-end language (Python, Go, or Node.js) and API development.
• Experience with front-end tooling and Git/CI/CD processes.
• Interest in AI applications with knowledge of LLM APIs; RAG/AI systems knowledge is a plus.
• Familiar with responsive web design and user experience considerations.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork; able to use English and Chinese for docs.

Responsible for the R&D, operation, and development of the company's interactive entertainment business including games and eSports. Through online gaming, live broadcasts, and offline eSports, IEG assists the company in leading the global interactive entertainment market to create better interactive entertainment content experiences for users.

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for full-stack development of PC and mobile applications, building front-end interfaces using React and Vue, and developing back-end APIs using Python, Go, or Node.js. Handle database design, service deployment, and operations and maintenance to build complete end-to-end business systems.
• Integrate AI technologies into business applications by developing and iterating intelligent modules, including LLM integration, intelligent interaction, AI visualization, and intelligent recommendation, while continuously optimizing product interaction and user experience.
• Participate in requirements analysis, technology selection, architecture design, code reviews, and technical solution optimization. Prepare standardized technical documentation and continuously improve project architecture and development processes.
• Manage front-end engineering setup, version control, and automated builds. Troubleshoot production issues, fix bugs, and deliver version updates to ensure stable and efficient system operations.

Job Requirements

• Familiar with at least one back-end language, including Python, Go, or Node.js, with a basic understanding of database design, API development, service deployment, and full-stack application development.
• Familiar with front-end engineering tools such as Webpack, Vite, and Gulp, as well as Git version control and CI/CD automation processes.
• Interested in AI application development, with knowledge of LLM API integration and prompt engineering; familiarity with RAG, intelligent dialogue systems, or AI automation is an advantage.
• Familiar with responsive web design and mobile adaptation techniques, with an awareness of user experience and interaction design optimization.
• Possess good problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills, with the ability to use both Chinese and English for daily communication and technical documentation.
