Job summary

Responsibilities

Ensure optimum level of nursing care for all patients.
Ensure efficient nursing services are delivered to customers.
Monitor staff performance and ensure competence.
Participate in shift handovers and ensure appropriate care plans.
Address customer needs and promptly escalate complaints.
Motivate and develop staff toward customer-centric care.
Strengthen interdepartmental relationships and collaborate with Nursing Education.
Maintain staff competency and provide feedback and recognition.
Provide continuous supervision and support to all staff.
