Job summary

KPJ Selangor Specialist Hospital seeks a Registered Nurse to join the unit and deliver professional nursing care to patients, following hospital policies and care standards. You will work under the Unit Manager, perform rounds, monitor patients, and support doctors with treatment plans.

You will maintain meticulous documentation, participate in education and quality improvement, and collaborate with the team to ensure safe, compassionate, high‑quality care across shifts.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with 5+ years of clinical experience and teaching.
• Certifications in BLS, ACLS, PALS and NRP required.
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Microsoft Office literacy.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care to patients within the unit and adhere to hospital policies and nursing principles.
• Conduct nursing rounds, assess conditions, and determine priorities with the team.
• Coordinate with doctors and staff to execute orders and communicate patient status clearly.
• Maintain meticulous documentation and report abnormal findings promptly.
• Assist with patient transfers, admissions, discharges, and procedures as needed.
