Job summary

Kerry Group in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an ICT Analyst to support master data governance, ABAP troubleshooting, and MDG-related configurations. You will collaborate with business and technical teams, manage IDocs, and contribute to testing and cutover activities.

Primary location is 1Powerhouse, PJ with afternoon shift hours (11:00 AM – 7:00 PM). The role requires hands-on SAP MDG experience and strong data governance skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in SAP MDG, ECC, S/4HANA environments.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a related role.
• Understanding of master data objects (Material, Vendor, Customer, Finance Related).
• Hands-on ABAP debugging tools and techniques.
• Ability to analyse ABAP code for error resolution and performance.

Responsibilities

• Perform hands-on configuration in SAP MDG (BRF+, workflows, data models).
• Collaborate with business units to capture MDM requirements.
• Ensure timely updates to master data workflows and rules.
• Participate in testing cycles, documentation, and cutover support.
• Coordinate with global MDM team and act as local SME for domains.
• IDoc Management through WE19/02.
• Data Integrity Audits and ABAP issue troubleshooting.

About the role

As an ICT Analyst you will support master data governance activities, including hands-on configuration, workflow management, and data integrity assurance. The role involves collaborating with business and technical teams, supporting testing and deployment, managing IDocs, and troubleshooting ABAP-related issues.

• Working Hour: 11.00AM - 7.00PM

Key responsibilities

Perform hands-on configuration in SAP MDG (BRF+, workflows, data models, creation of a new plant/sales org/country).

Collaborate with business units to capture MDM requirements.

Ensure timely and accurate updates to master data workflows and rules.

Participate in testing cycles, documentation, and cutover support.

Coordinate with the global MDM team and act as local SME for specific domains.

IDoc Management through WE19/02 etc.

Data Integrity Audits – reviewing source and destination system alignment on a regular basis.

Troubleshoot ABAP code issues related to MDG processes, including debugging and performance analysis.

Qualifications and skills

Experience working in SAP MDG, ECC, S/4HANA environments.

Minimum 2 years’ experience in a related role.

Understanding of master data objects (Material, Vendor, Customer, Finance Related).

Comfortable working with technical teams and participating in build testing, deployment, and support.

Hands‑on experience with ABAP debugging tools and techniques.

Ability to analyse ABAP code for error resolution, performance tuning, and functional alignment.
