Job summary

Kerry in Malaysia is seeking an ICT Analyst to support master data governance, hands-on SAP MDG configuration, BRF+ workflows, and ABAP troubleshooting in a global, collaborative environment.

Based at Powerhouse, PJ, you will work with business and technical teams, manage IDocs, participate in testing and cutover activities, ensure data integrity across MDG processes, and act as SME for MDG domains.

Qualifications

• Experience in SAP MDG, ECC, and S/4HANA environments.
• Minimum 2 years in a related role.
• Understanding of master data objects (Material, Vendor, Customer, Finance).
• Comfortable working with technical teams and participating in build testing, deployment, and support.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on configuration in SAP MDG (BRF+, workflows, data models, creation of a new plant/sales org/country).
• Collaborate with business units to capture MDM requirements.
• Ensure timely and accurate updates to master data workflows and rules.
• Participate in testing cycles, documentation, and cutover support.
• Coordinate with the global MDM team and act as local SME for specific domains.
• IDoc Management through WE19/02 etc.
• Data Integrity Audits – reviewing source and destination system alignment on a regular basis.
• Troubleshoot ABAP code issues related to MDG processes, including debugging and performance analysis.

About the role

As an ICT Analyst you will support master data governance activities, including hands‑on configuration, workflow management, and data integrity assurance. The role involves collaborating with business and technical teams, supporting testing and deployment, managing IDocs, and troubleshooting ABAP‑related issues.
