Job summary

Singtel in Kuala Lumpur seeks a Senior Engineer to advance IAM automation, enterprise integrations, and platform engineering. The role demands strong hands-on coding across Java, Python, PowerShell, and scripting, with the ability to design and troubleshoot scalable solutions.

You will work with IAM platforms, APIs, and databases, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to deployment runbooks and knowledge sharing.

Qualifications

• 4–5 years of strong software development experience.
• Hands-on coding across multiple languages and automation.
• Experience with APIs, data formats (JSON/XML) and integrations.

Responsibilities

• Develop, enhance, and support IAM‑related apps and automation.
• Design and build automation scripts using Java, Python, PowerShell, and Shell.
• Transform requirements into scalable, secure technical solutions.
• Tackle IAM use cases: user lifecycle, provisioning, de-provisioning, reviews.
• Build integrations with enterprise apps, IAM platforms, directories, dbs, APIs.
• Troubleshoot complex issues and perform root cause analysis.
• Improve efficiency via automation and reusable components.
• Collaborate with IAM, application, infrastructure, security, audit, ops teams.
• Prepare technical docs, deployment steps, runbooks, handover materials.
• Continuously learn IAM tools and emerging automation tech.
