EMS Networks Sdn Bhd in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead structured cabling infrastructure projects within hyperscale data centre environments.

The role requires strong leadership, hands-on fibre optic and copper cabling expertise, and a proven track record delivering large-scale data centre projects. You will coordinate with clients, vendors and internal teams to ensure on-time delivery and compliance with industry standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing hyperscale data centre infrastructure projects.
• Strong leadership, planning and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiar with fibre optic (SM/MM) and copper cabling, testing and validation.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage and coordinate project teams, site engineers, supervisors and subcontractors.
• Oversee end-to-end project execution including planning, scheduling and handover.
• Manage large-scale fibre optic and copper structured cabling installations.
• Oversee fibre testing (OTDR, OLTS) and copper certification (Fluke).
• Ensure workmanship, testing procedures and deliverables meet hyperscale standards.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors and internal teams.
• Maintain site safety, regulatory compliance and project reporting.
