Job summary

Lam Research is seeking a Technical Instructor to deliver Lam’s Manufacturing Academy core curriculum to our manufacturing team. You will lead instructor-led sessions, employ hands-on coaching, and partner with SMEs to create and improve curriculum across manufacturing operations.

The role emphasizes applying ADDIE for course development, measuring learner progress, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance safety, quality, and skill development in our semiconductor environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in related field or training.
• Knows how to apply ADDIE or similar instructional design models.
• Experience delivering instructor-led training in manufacturing environments.

Responsibilities

• Deliver instructor-led classroom instruction with hands-on training and coaching.
• Apply ADDIE model for developing and refreshing training courses and job aids.
• Iterate on curriculum with instructional designers and SMEs to build content.
• Measure and document student progress.
• Gather KPIs to evaluate curricular strengths and weaknesses.
• Collaborate with manufacturing teams to identify training enhancements for safety and quality.
• Interact with stakeholders to assess training effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
