Lam Research in Penang, Malaysia, seeks a Technical Instructor to deliver Lam's Manufacturing Academy curriculum to our manufacturing team. You will lead classroom sessions with hands-on coaching, apply the ADDIE model to keep content current, and work with instructional designers and SMEs to expand curriculum content where needed.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in instructor-led technical training, manufacturing exposure, and a bachelor’s degree or equivalent.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of instructor-led technical training experience.
• Experience in manufacturing environments is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.

Responsabilités

• Deliver instructor-led classroom instruction with hands-on training and coaching.
• Apply ADDIE model for new and refreshed training content and job aids.
• Iterate on curriculum and support SMEs to build content.
• Measure and document student progress.
• Gather KPIs to inform on curriculum effectiveness.
• Partner with manufacturing teams to identify training enhancements for safety and quality.
