Job summary

Citi in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an experienced Fund Accounting Analyst 2 to support daily NAV calculations and fund valuation activities. You will participate in end-to-end transaction capture, reconciliations, and posting to the fund ledger, ensuring accurate NAV readiness and timely close of books.

The role is hybrid, based in Kuala Lumpur, and involves working with Investment Managers, brokers, and middle office teams to resolve breaks and ensure accurate accounting records.

Responsibilities

• Daily Transaction Capture & Trade Ingestion: perform end-to-end capture for assigned funds; ingest trade files and cash instructions; validate transactions across asset classes.
• Reconciliations & Break Resolution: perform cash, position and transaction reconciliations; resolve breaks with IMs, brokers, and middle office.
• Transaction Posting & NAV Readiness: post verified trades and accruals to fund ledger to support NAV calculations; maintain mapping data.
• Operational Controls & BAU Support: execute daily controls and SOPs; assist with routine queries from IMs and internal audit.
