Job summary

Electrolux Group is hiring a Senior Business Analyst to strengthen the FP&A Centre of Excellence. You will deliver managerial reporting, perform in-depth financial analyses, and act as a trusted advisor to drive data-based decisions across the organization.

You will prepare daily, monthly, and quarterly reports, with emphasis on P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow, and contribute to forecasts while mentoring peers in analytics and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Academic degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or similar.
• Experience 4+ years within Finance function (Finance & Accounting and/or Business Analysis).
• Fluency in business English and strong analytical skills.
• Proficient in MS Office; Power BI is a strong merit.

Responsibilities

• Prepare daily, monthly, and quarterly management reports (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).
• Provide decision-making support and business intelligence insights.
• Analyze key business activities to identify opportunities and risks.
• Contribute to annual forecasts and budgets with quantitative analysis.
• Automate reporting processes and improve reporting timeliness.
• Support workforce and operational management reporting and planning.
• Mentor colleagues and drive process improvements.
