PAN‑INTERNATIONAL ELECTRONICS (M) SDN BHD is seeking a strategic finance professional to support the CFO in financial planning, reporting and operations within a hybrid role. You will manage executive schedules, handle confidential communications, and prepare board‑level materials to drive business decisions.

Ideal candidates hold a Chartered Accountant designation (MIA) with 3+ years in financial accounting, and bring strong tax, regulatory knowledge and communication skills for

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or related field.
• 3+ years post‑qualification experience in financial accounting and reporting.
• Chartered Accountant and MIA membership highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Malaysian tax regulations, the Companies Act 2016 and Bursa Malaysia Listing Requirements.

Responsibilities

• Support the CFO with strategic financial planning and decision making.
• Manage the CFO's calendar, communications, and travel arrangements.
• Prepare confidential communications and financial reports for board review.
• Act as liaison between CFO, department heads, banks, investors and auditors.
• Assist in due diligence, data rooms for M&A, fundraising, and bank loan applications.
• Lead or support cross‑functional projects including corporate insurance renewals and internal audits.
