VML Malaysia is seeking a passionate and proactive Designer / Senior Designer to join our creative team. This role is ideal for a budding talent eager to gain hands-on agency experience, translating creative briefs into compelling visual solutions across digital and integrated campaigns.

The position offers a hybrid work model with teams in the office for several days a week, and a focus on collaboration with Art Directors, Copywriters, and Account Managers from concept to delivery.

Formación

• Strong design fundamentals across layout, color, hierarchy, balance, and contrast.
• Mastery of graphic design and typography for assets across media.
• Ability to generate fresh, relevant design concepts aligned with client objectives.
• Thrive in a fast-paced agency with collaboration and tight deadlines.
• Meticulous attention to detail and brand consistency.

Responsabilidades

• Design Asset Creation: Produce digital assets for social, banners, websites, and print collateral.
• Concept Support: Contribute to brainstorming and visual research for campaigns.
• Brand Guardianship: Ensure adherence to brand guidelines across all deliverables.
• Collaboration: Work with Art Directors, Copywriters, and Account Managers from concept to delivery.
• File Management: Maintain organized project files and ensure assets are production-ready.
• Continuous Learning: Learn new design techniques, software, and industry trends.
