Job summary

Experian PLC, a global data and technology company, is seeking a Site Reliability Engineer to help build reliable, scalable, and high-performing products. You will design and implement cloud solutions, improve platform performance, and support service reliability.

You will develop infrastructure-as-code, CI/CD pipelines, implement monitoring and alerting, manage platform security, and collaborate with software engineers, data engineers, data scientists and product managers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in SRE, DevOps, Cloud Engineering, or related role.
• Experience managing AWS workloads, especially ECS and EKS clusters.
• Hands-on experience with Infrastructure-as-Code tools such as Terraform and Jenkins.
• 3+ years using data/monitoring insights to improve cloud performance, reliability and cost efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain infrastructure-as-code solutions and CI/CD pipelines.
• Implement monitoring and intelligent alerting for client-facing products and internal data pipelines.
• Manage platform security and reliability by tracking infrastructure and application vulnerabilities and conducting root-cause analysis.
• Improve platform performance, resource utilization and costs, reporting progress and risks to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with software engineers, data engineers, data scientists and product managers to support deployment and operations.
