DHL IT Services is seeking an AI/ML Senior Architect to lead enterprise-scale AI/ML architecture initiatives. You will define scalable data pipelines, model lifecycle processes and MLOps, while working with cross-functional teams across regions.

Experience with cloud AI platforms, LLMs, and Snowflake will be advantageous. Excellent communication in English and the ability to collaborate in a multinational environment are essential.

Qualifications

• AI/ML Senior Architect with enterprise AI/ML solution architecture experience.
• Strong knowledge of machine learning, deep learning, and generative AI concepts.
• Hands-on exposure to cloud-based AI platforms and enterprise LLM platforms.
• Good data modelling and data warehousing knowledge is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Provide architectural leadership across AI platforms, data pipelines, model lifecycle management and MLOps.
• Support complex incident analysis related to AI solutions, model behavior and data quality.
• Design, propose and govern architectural changes to existing or new AI/ML products.
• Collaborate with engineering, platform and security teams across regions.
