Job summary

Allianz Services is seeking a technically strong developer with emerging program management skills to drive AI hyper automation initiatives. You will build and deploy agentic AI solutions that automate complex business processes end-to-end, while coordinating cross-functional delivery and stakeholder communication.

This is a hybrid role for someone who loves to code and architect automation solutions, but also thrives on orchestrating execution and ensuring process excellence.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on Python development.
• Experience with agentic AI frameworks (LangGraph, LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI) and building LLM-based apps.
• Familiarity with Azure cloud services (Azure ML, Functions, Logic Apps).
• Understanding of API integration and event-driven architectures.
• Working knowledge of Docker, Git, and CI/CD concepts.
• Experience with Power Automate or similar automation tools.

Responsibilities

• Build and deploy agentic AI solutions using orchestration platforms.
• Design multi-agent workflows that automate end-to-end processes.
• Develop integration pipelines between AI agents and enterprise systems.
• Create automation workflows using Azure Logic Apps or Power Automate.
• Implement monitoring, error handling, and fallback mechanisms for production workflows.
• Write clean Python code with testing and documentation.
• Build CI/CD pipelines for automated deployment of AI agents and workflows.
• Map processes and identify hyper automation opportunities with measurable ROI.
• Lead process discovery sessions with business stakeholders to document current-state workflows.
• Coordinate sprint planning, backlog grooming, and delivery timelines for automation projects.
• Prepare status updates, demos, and executive briefings on automation program progress.
