Job summary
Propel Global is seeking an experienced HVAC Technician to operate, maintain, inspect, repair and troubleshoot ACMV systems in client facilities. You will perform preventive and corrective maintenance, respond to client requests, and keep accurate service records.
The role requires 3–5 years in HVAC, relevant certifications, familiarity with BMS, and a commitment to safety. You will work shifts and support on-site operations across buildings such as hospitals, data centres, and high-rise
Qualifications
- Certificate, Diploma, or equivalent in Electrical, Mechanical, HVAC or related engineering field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in HVAC and building maintenance.
- Experience with commercial buildings, industrial facilities, hospitals, data centres or high-rise buildings preferred.
- ACMV Certificate.
- HVAC certifications are a plus.
Responsibilities
- Operate, maintain, inspect, repair, and troubleshoot ACMV systems.
- Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance.
- Respond to client complaints and maintain service records.
- Record readings in equipment log books and report faults.
- Work in shifts including weekends and standby duties.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures.
