Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to customer sites.

Responsibilities

• Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems across commercial and residential sites.
• Inspect systems, diagnose issues, and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime.
• Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and control system failures using diagnostic tools.
• Complete routine maintenance tasks and ensure compliance with manufacturer specs.
• Provide recommendations for system upgrades and energy efficiency improvements.
• Maintain safety protocols and deliver high levels of customer service.
• Respond promptly to service calls and emergencies with accurate records of work performed.
• Collaborate with sales and technical teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Assist in training junior technicians and sharing best practices.
