Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a Production Manager to oversee HVAC system assembly and production flows from design to testing. You will develop SOPs, drive line balancing, and improve productivity while reducing scrap and downtime.

Responsibilities include leading root cause analyses, coordinating with maintenance on preventive schedules, and ensuring safety compliance across the shop floor.

Responsibilities

• Oversee HVAC system assembly/production processes (chillers, AHU, FCU, split systems, or custom HVAC units).
• Ensure smooth workflow from engineering design to production and testing.
• Develop and maintain SOPs.
• Improve line balancing, cycle time, and productivity.
• Reduce scrap, rework, and downtime.
• Lead root cause analysis for production issues.
• Coordinate with maintenance on preventive maintenance schedules.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and factory standards.
