Job summary

Randstad Malaysia is seeking an HVAC Process Manager to oversee end-to-end production and drive Lean initiatives across Negeri Sembilan plants. You will optimize processes, lead NPI coordination, and ensure quality and safety compliance in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

The role requires strong leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and hands-on experience with HVAC systems and testing rigs, with a focus on cost control and on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience in a leadership or process management role within HVAC manufacturing or heavy industrial production.
• In-depth knowledge of HVAC systems (Chillers, AHUs, FCUs, split units) and testing rigs.
• Hands-on experience with Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, and CAPA.
• Familiarity with ISO and AHRI standards.
• Strong leadership and cross-functional communication.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end HVAC production and assembly processes to meet safety and quality standards.
• Drive process optimization to improve OEE and reduce downtime, scrap, and rework.
• Collaborate with design and R&D on manufacturability and NPI and pilot runs.
• Enforce ISO/AHRI quality standards and implement CAPA for defects.
• Lead safety culture and ensure EHS compliance across production lines.
