Coordinate HVAC interface works with other engineering disciplines (e.g., Architecture, Structural, Electrical, Fire Protection, and Cleanroom Utilities).
Resolve complex on-site technical issues and provide practical engineering solutions.
Enforce strict Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) standards across all HVAC construction activities to achieve a zero-accident work environment.
Implement robust Quality Assurance and Quality Control (QA/QC) procedures, conducting regular inspections and managing testing and commissioning (T&C) processes.

Domain Knowledge: Proven hands-on experience managing complex HVAC systems (Chillers, AHUs, Ductwork, Cleanroom HVAC, Clean/Dry air systems). Prior involvement in major projects similar to CCPM, CSS, or PKK is a strong advantage.
Leadership Skills: Demonstrated capability in leading site teams, managing multiple sub-contractors, and coordinating simultaneous work fronts.
Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with local construction regulations, safety acts, and mechanical engineering codes of practice.
Communication: Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills in English (both written and verbal). Korean language proficiency is a plus for internal HQ reporting and stakeholder alignment.
Competitive salary package commensurate with experience.
