Job summary

Ban Hin Bee Sdn Bhd is hiring a Sales Advisor to install a variety of air conditioning systems across residential and commercial sites in Penang. You will ensure compliance with manufacturer guidelines, safety standards, and local regulations while operating company lorries for site deliveries.

The role includes on-site testing, basic maintenance, site checks, and coordination with teammates to meet deadlines. Weekend work may be required, and travel across sites is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM or equivalent.
• Possess valid GDL (Goods Driving License).
• Certificate in air-conditioning servicing or related field.
• Willing to travel to different sites or customer locations as assigned.
• Able to work on weekends or public holidays when required.

Responsibilities

• Install various types of air conditioning systems, including split units, cassette systems, and VRV/VRF setups at residential and commercial sites.
• Ensure all installations meet manufacturer guidelines, safety standards, and local regulations.
• Operate and drive company lorries (GDL license required) to deliver units and equipment to job sites across Penang.
• Perform on-site testing and commissioning of newly installed systems to ensure proper functionality.
• Assist in basic maintenance, servicing, and troubleshooting of units when necessary.
• Handle pre-installation site checks, including measurements and layout planning.
• Work closely with team members and supervisors to coordinate tasks and meet deadlines.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety on job sites and during transportation of goods.
• Complete necessary documentation such as job reports, delivery orders, and checklists.
• Report issues such as delays, damages, or customer concerns to the supervisor promptly.
