Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field
3–5 years of HR experience, preferably in manufacturing, logistics, or construction-related industries
Strong knowledge of Malaysian labor laws, including Employment Act, Industrial Relations Act, and OSHA
Experience in foreign worker management, including permit applications, hostel coordination, and compliance tracking
Proficiency in HRIS systems, payroll software, and Microsoft Office tools
Ability to manage full-spectrum HR functions — recruitment, onboarding, training, performance appraisal, and disciplinary actions
Familiarity with ISO 9001 documentation standards, including SOPs, memos, and audit trail maintenance
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage across operational and management levels
Experience in handling site-based HR operations, including attendance monitoring, leave tracking, and manpower planning
Ability to coordinate internal audits and support external compliance inspections
High attention to detail and confidentiality, especially in handling employee records and sensitive documentation
Proactive mindset in driving employee engagement, welfare initiatives, and continuous improvement in HR processes
