Qualifications

  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of HR experience, preferably in manufacturing, logistics, or construction-related industries.
  • Strong knowledge of Malaysian labor laws, including Employment Act, Industrial Relations Act, and OSHA.
  • Experience in foreign worker management, including permit applications, hostel coordination, and compliance tracking.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems, payroll software, and Microsoft Office tools.
  • Ability to manage full-spectrum HR functions — recruitment, onboarding, training, performance appraisal, and disciplinary actions.
  • Familiarity with ISO 9001 documentation standards, including SOPs, memos, and audit trail maintenance.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage across operational and management levels.
  • Experience in handling site-based HR operations, including attendance monitoring, leave tracking, and manpower planning.
  • Ability to coordinate internal audits and support external compliance inspections.
  • High attention to detail and confidentiality, especially in handling employee records and sensitive documentation.
  • Proactive mindset in driving employee engagement, welfare initiatives, and continuous improvement in HR processes.
