Job summary

SPX Express in Sabah is seeking a Hub Operations Supervisor to lead and establish operational processes at the Ranau hub during the start-up phase. You will track and ensure on-time shipment delivery from pickup to end customer, while coordinating with hub, warehouse outbound and linehaul for smooth operations.

You will also manage and hire staff, subcontracts, and drivers, handle COD cash, and maintain 5S standards. Expect rotational shifts and 45-hour weeks in Sabah.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering or related field is advantageous.
• Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• 3–5 years experience in Logistics / Supply Chain or equivalent.

Requirements

• Legally allowed to work in Sabah based on respective state law requirements
• Candidates currently based in Sabah are encouraged to apply
• Diploma / Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering or relevant disciplines is advantageous
• Good command of the language in Bahasa Malaysia and English
• Preferably 3-5 years experience specializing in Logistics / Supply Chain or equivalent
• Shift-basis with shifts available 6 days a week, depending on agreed team arrangement
• Ability to commit to shift work on a rotational basis
• Working pattern: 45 working hours weekly, Rotational shift schedule, Overtime if required
• Working location: Ranau, Sabah
