Job summary

Valeo is seeking a Health, Safety, and Environment Trainee/Apprentice to join its team in Malaysia. The role focuses on ensuring safety and security equipment compliance, conducting risk analyses, and maintaining HSE procedures across the site.

Responsibilities include performing inspections and internal audits, proposing corrective actions, and monitoring adherence to evolving legislation. This is a fixed‑term trainee/internship opportunity offering hands-on experience in a global automotive

• Carry out risk analysis and monitor regulatory survey.
• Establish the site Health, Safety, Security and Environment operation procedures and oversee their application.
• Carry out inspections and internal audits, make recommendations and specify corresponding actions as well as the responsibility for implementing it.
• Implement and monitor action relating to the handling of any non-compliance revealed by the inspections, internal audits and external audits, taking the necessary investments into account.
• Be aware of developments in the legislation.
