Job summary

Valeo in Malaysia is seeking an HR Trainee/Apprentice for a fixed-term VIE/Trainee position in Nilai. You will support confidential document handling, travel arrangements, employee engagement activities, and in-house training preparation.

This full-time apprenticeship offers exposure to a global automotive leader, with cross-cultural teams, recruitment support, 5S housekeeping, and general administrative duties within Site Human Resources.

Responsibilities

• To organize and manage confidential documents, correspondence, records and maintain a systematic filing system for smooth data retrieving.
• Make arrangement and reservation for flights / hotels for staff travel on company business matters.
• Support on Employees Engagement/ Welfare activities.
• Assist on in-house training preparation.
• Handle on employees insurance outpatient claim.
• Labelling, Filing & 5S to the department.
• Assist on employees recruitment , training activities.
• Perform administrative duties.
