Job summary

Esteem Energy Engineering Sdn Bhd is seeking a Safety Personnel based in Kemaman to manage site HSE requirements and ensure compliance with safety protocols. The role reports to the Technical Manager and involves monitoring documentation and conducting safety activities.

You will prepare HSE plans, JHA, and safety reports while coordinating audits and safety briefings. Qualifications include a diploma in HSE and 2–3 years’ experience in oil and gas environments.)

Qualifications

• Possess at least Sijil or Diploma in HSE or related to the position.
• At least 2-3 years relevant working experience
• Good written and verbal communication skills, proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Good team player able to establish effective working relationships with all levels of personnel
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and PowerPoint
• Possess own transport and valid driving license
• Willing to travel outstation if required by company
• Experience in oil and gas environment is an advantage
• Valid Oil and Gas Safety Passport is an advantage

Responsibilities

• Manage site HSE requirements
• Monitor HSE document requirements for site execution
• Prepare and update weekly HSE reports
• Prepare HSE documents such as HSE Plan, JHA, E vetting, Express
• Prepare and arrange safety briefings and endorsement passports
• Conduct weekly HSE audits at plant
• Attend HSE programs at site or office
• Familiar with site safety requirements
