Job summary

Muhibbah Engineering (M) Berhad, a leading construction and engineering contractor in Malaysia, seeks an experienced Health, Safety and Environment Manager. The role demands strong leadership overseeing HSE across offshore and onshore EPCC/EPCIC projects, with emphasis on jackets, topsides and related structures.

Candidates should have a degree in engineering or a relevant diploma with extensive Oil & Gas exposure and SHO certification, and a track record of managing large-scale projects safely

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering or equivalent is essential.
• More than 13 years’ relevant experience in Oil & Gas; more than 15 years for Diploma holders.
• Experience in offshore platforms/structures projects such as jacket, topside.
• Experience as HSE Manager for large-scale EPCC/EPC/EPCIC projects.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience Offshore & Onshore as Certified SHO.
