Turner & Townsend is seeking a Lead HSE Manager to provide strategic EHS leadership, governance, assurance, and operational support across capital projects in the APAC region. The role collaborates with client stakeholders, TT account leadership, project managers, contractors and regional teams to ensure EHS compliance with TT standards.

Responsibilities include leading EHS governance, developing strategies, conducting audits, managing risks, and driving continuous improvement while training

Competenze

• Degree in Occupational Safety & Health or related discipline with a recognized EHS certification.
• Minimum 10 years of EHS experience in construction or mission-critical environments, regional experience preferred.
• Proven expertise in contractor safety management, governance, auditing, and risk programs.
• Experience leading client-facing EHS engagements across multiple countries and teams.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with governance mindset.

Job Description

The position will provide strategic EHS leadership, governance, assurance, and operational support across capital projects delivered covering the APAC region.

The Lead HSE Manager will work closely with client stakeholders, T&T account leadership, project managers, contractors and regional delivery teams to ensure compliance with the EHS requirements and Turner & Townsend standards.

• Develop and implement EHS strategies, procedures, and assurance programs.
• Conduct project EHS reviews, audits, inspections, and readiness assessments.
• Support project teams in closing EHS risks, findings, and compliance gaps.

Qualifications

• Degree in Occupational Safety & Health, Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related discipline, with a recognized professional EHS certification.
• Minimum 10 years of EHS experience in construction, industrial, semiconductor, or other mission-critical environments, preferably with regional experience.
• Proven expertise in contractor safety management, EHS governance, compliance auditing, and risk management programs.
• Experience leading client-facing EHS engagements and managing complex stakeholder relationships across multiple countries and project teams.
• Strong leadership, communication, and influencing skills, with the ability to engage and advise senior stakeholders.
• Proactive, solutions-oriented, and highly accountable, with a strong governance mindset, attention to detail, and ability to perform in fast-paced environments.
• Collaborative team player with a strong ownership mentality and leadership presence.
