Job summary

Hyperion Materials & Technologies is seeking an HRIS and Payroll Temp to cover maternity leave. The role oversees HRIS data accuracy, timekeeping, and payroll processing across APAC, partnering with HR, Finance, IT, and external vendors to ensure timely payroll and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Information Systems, Accounting, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in HRIS and payroll administration; experience with major HRIS platforms preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain the HRIS platform for accurate, secure employee data.
• Manage end-to-end payroll processing for APAC across multiple countries, including time and attendance, deductions, and bonuses.
• Ensure confidentiality and integrity of HR/payroll data and generate reports for HR, Finance, and management.
• Monitor payroll laws and regulations; prepare documentation for audits and ensure compliance.
• Serve as first point of contact for HRIS, timekeeping, and payroll inquiries from employees and managers.
• Provide administrative support to HR including new hire packets and correspondence.
• Track receipt of new hire documents and follow up to ensure paperwork is filed.
