Job summary

Job Description
  • Support the function using the HR framework to attract and retain people
  • Support for internal stakeholders and employees directly on relevant HR related questions and interventions
  • Support in HR related administrative and operational duties
  • Participate and continuous improvement of HR processes in maintaining standard operating procedures and ensuring policies are up to date
  • Ensure that the store uses HR data to enable better management of all human resource related processes
  • Facilitate clear and effective communication across the organization, including company-wide announcements and regular check‑ins
  • Contribute to fostering a positive work culture and maintaining high levels of employee morale and satisfaction
  • Administer the HRIS (Human Resources Information System) by entering and updating employee data and generating reports
  • Contribute to fostering a culture of employee engagement and motivation through effective leadership and HR practices
  • Support the store functions and ensure goals, actions are identified, communicated and followed up
Qualifications
