We want candidates who put altruism at the forefront of their actions and attitude.
It is especially important for candidates looking for a placement within the HR department to also be a “people person”. We’re looking for candidates who connect with people with their heart, so that we create an environment where our team can feel comfortable and safe to be able to speak openly. This is due to the fact we value the opinions and new ideas of each individual who contributes to the growth of the company.
Ideal candidates should enjoy forming relationships and meeting new people as a large part of this role revolves around understanding the people in the company and being able to show empathy at all levels. Candidates who embody our core values of altruism, empathy, kindness and inclusiveness are strongly favored as we strive for all our people to have a sense of belonging and happiness in the workplace.
