Job summary

ASE Electronics (M) Sdn Bhd is seeking an HR Executive/Generalist to support daily HR operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and assist with employee relations, recruitment, benefits administration, and performance management.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field and 2–3 years of HR experience, with strong communication skills and proficiency in English (Mandarin an advantage). Based in Bayan Lepas, Penang.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field.
• 2–3 years of HR & Administration experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to handle confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support day-to-day HR activities and policies.
• Manage recruitment processes including posting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Monitor attendance records and assist with employee relations matters.
