Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a dedicated housekeeping supervisor to lead daily operations and ensure high standards of cleanliness and safety. You will manage the housekeeping team, plan rosters, and coordinate training while liaising with clients during inspections and audits.

The role requires 1–2 years of supervisory experience in facilities or hospital settings, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to work independently. Experience with MS Office is a plus.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of supervisory experience in housekeeping, facilities or hospital environment.
• Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead the housekeeping team in daily operations.
• Prepare staff rosters and daily work deployment.
• Conduct staff training, inspections and monitor service quality.
• Ensure housekeeping standards, infection control and cleaning procedures are followed.
• Monitor housekeeping supplies and inventory.
• Liaise with clients and participate in joint inspections and external audits (MSQH, ISO, MOH).
• Ensure compliance with Occupational Safety & Health (OSH) policies and company procedures.
