You will assist in managing Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok, create engaging content, plan calendars, and support campaigns, while developing practical marketing skills and contributing to online visibility.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's in Digital Marketing or related field.
• Basic knowledge of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok).
• Willing to complete internship as part of academic requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing the hotel's social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok).
• Create engaging content: posts, short videos, reels, promotional materials.
• Plan and prepare a weekly/monthly social media content calendar.
• Take photos/videos of hotel rooms, facilities, events and activities.
• Edit videos and design marketing materials using Canva/CapCut or similar tools.
• Promote hotel room packages, group bookings and special offers.
• Monitor engagement metrics and respond to inquiries.
