Job summary

WK HOME (MM2H) SDN BHD in Malaysia is seeking a Marketing Intern to support MM2H programme promotion across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Xiaohongshu, and other platforms. You will help create social media posts, posters, short videos, and webinars while learning about Silver, Gold, Platinum and SEZ-SFZ categories.

This internship offers hands-on experience in digital marketing, content creation, and international outreach with supervision and the opportunity to work independently on campaigns

Qualifications

• Good communication skills in English.
• Familiar with Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and other social media platforms.
• Basic knowledge of content creation tools such as Canva or CapCut.
• Creative, responsible, proactive and willing to learn.
• Interested in digital marketing, sales and international business.
• Able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Promote MM2H programmes through Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and Xiaohongshu.
• Create social media posts, promotional posters and marketing materials.
• Assist in preparing short-form video content for social media.
• Schedule and manage social media posts.
• Research marketing trends and potential overseas customer markets.
• Learn about Malaysia MM2H programmes, including Silver, Gold, Platinum and SEZ-SFZ categories.
• Respond to basic customer enquiries through WhatsApp and social media under supervision.
• Assist in shooting and editing short videos related to MM2H and Malaysia lifestyle.
• Assist in organising online MM2H webinars and physical seminars.
• Research potential customers.
