The SOLS 24/7 Group is seeking a Social Media Marketing Intern in Kuala Lumpur. You will support the Marketing team with content creation, social platform management, and community engagement across multiple brands.

This role includes basic performance tracking and weekly reporting. Ideal candidates are pursuing or recently completed a Diploma or Degree in Marketing or related fields, fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia, familiar with Canva, and available for at least 3 months.

Formación

• Pursuing or recently completed a Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Mass Media, Journalism, Public Relations, or related field.
• Available for a minimum internship period of 3 months.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Familiar with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn and Threads.
• Basic knowledge of Canva or similar design tools.
• Basic understanding of social media metrics such as reach, impressions and engagement.

Responsabilidades

• Support the Marketing team in managing SOLS Group’s social media across multiple brands.
• Create content, schedule posts and maintain brand tone across platforms.
• Engage with communities, monitor comments and respond professionally.
• Assist campaign support, events, photoshoots and real-time coverage.
• Track basic social media performance and prepare simple weekly reports.
