Job summary

Avillion Berhad is seeking a creative Marketing/Content Executive to plan and execute monthly social media calendars, write engaging copy, and guide visual content for hotel brands. You will shoot photos and videos on-site, and collaborate with Front Office, F&B, Housekeeping, and Events to ensure brand consistency across channels.

You will identify KOLs, monitor campaign KPIs, and support events including press conferences and product launches.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in marketing, communications, media or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing, social media management or content creation.
• Proficiency with social media management tools (Meta Business Suite, TikTok Creator tools, scheduling platforms).
• Good skills in photo/video shooting and editing using smartphones and tools like CapCut, Canva, Adobe Lightroom/Premiere Rush.
• Strong copywriting in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin a plus).
• Understanding content trends, platform algorithms, and engagement tactics (Reels, TikTok trends, UGC).
• Experience coordinating with KOLs/influencers and tracking basic campaign metrics.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with operations, F&B, events, and front office in a hotel environment.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute monthly social media calendars, including copywriting and visual guidelines.
• Shoot photo and video content at hotel properties and coordinate with departments to ensure brand-compliant setups.
• Identify, arrange, and monitor influencer collaborations and track KPI performance.
• Assist in organizing marketing and PR events such as press conferences, trade shows, launches, and corporate functions.
• Demonstrate strong communication, presentation, and analytical skills; manage multiple priorities in a high-pressure environment.
