Euro Staffs in Shah Alam, Malaysia is hiring for an Executive or Supervisor, Security & Safety. The role involves overseeing daily security operations to protect guests, residents, staff, and property, with staff supervision, incident response, and coordination with authorities.

The candidate will lead security personnel, conduct patrols, enforce procedures, and support emergency response while ensuring a safe environment across the property. Rotating shifts and weekends are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum secondary school qualification or equivalent.
• Experience in security operations; supervisory experience preferred.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts including weekends and public holidays.
• Strong leadership, communication, observation and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilités

• Supervise and coordinate daily security personnel and shifts across entrances, public areas, parking, and perimeters.
• Protect guests, residents, staff, and property by enforcing security procedures and responding to incidents.
• Maintain security logs, incident reports, and duty records; ensure proper badge control and access procedures.
• Conduct investigations, report writing, and liaise with management and authorities when required.
• Oversee luggage storage, key control, and asset protection to minimize risk.
• Coordinate emergency response, incidents, and safety training with management and other departments.
• Provide training and development to security staff and monitor performance.
• Perform other security and safety duties as assigned by management.
