Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Tourism or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of experience as an Executive Assistant Manager or similar.
• Total knowledge of hotel operations and knowledge of all operational positions.
• Leadership, autonomy, strategic vision and strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the GM in executing tasks and supervise hotel operations.
• Coordinate with operational departments to optimize service and KPIs.
• Participate in the hotel's operating committee and drive operational excellence.
• Assist in sales, revenue, and guest experience initiatives.
• Support training and development across departments.
