Job summary

A global hospitality company is seeking a Sales Co-ordinator to implement various sales activities at their Kuala Lumpur location. The successful candidate will manage correspondence, prepare quotations, and coordinate sales efforts while ensuring high-quality customer service. Candidates should hold a university degree, have at least 1 year of experience in international hotels, and possess excellent communication skills in English and Chinese. This role demands teamwork, attention to detail, and an understanding of local market trends.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar capacity with international chain hotels.
  • Very familiar with local market and good at marketing trend analysis.
  • Good command of Chinese to meet business needs.

Responsibilities

  • Implement all sales activities under guidance of the Director of Sales.
  • Maintain a filing and correspondence system for the division.
  • Prepare and send out quotations or contracts to clients.
  • Ensure all incoming correspondence is replied to within 24 hours.
  • Handle coordination of follow-up actions by the Sales team.
