Job summary

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar safety and security management role within the hospitality industry.
• Thorough understanding of relevant health, safety, and security legislation and industry best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with a diverse range of stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a proactive and solutions-oriented approach.
• Proven track record of leading and motivating a team of security personnel.
• Proficient in the use of relevant safety and security management software and technologies.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and monitor safety, security, and emergency policies and SOPs.
• Lead and supervise the Safety & Security team, including scheduling and training.
• Conduct risk assessments, safety inspections, and incident investigations; implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, fire, and security regulations and coordinate drills.
• Prepare departmental budgets, forecasts, and reports; liaise with authorities and contractors.
