Job summary

MANA MANA HOSPITALITY (subsidiary of EXSIM HOSPITALITY BERHAD) in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an Engineering and Maintenance professional for a full-time role to provide expert technical support and maintenance for our facilities and infrastructure.

You will conduct regular inspections, manage HVAC/electrical/plumbing/life safety systems, coordinate with contractors, keep detailed records, and drive cost-effective improvements while upholding health and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar engineering or maintenance role in hospitality.
• Strong technical expertise in building systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and life safety.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, manuals and specifications.
• Relevant technical qualifications or certifications in engineering or related field.

Responsibilities

• Perform regular inspections, maintenance, and repairs of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, life safety).
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and troubleshoot issues to minimize disruption.
• Coordinate with external contractors and vendors for large-scale projects and repairs.
• Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities and equipment performance.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement cost-saving solutions.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Provide training and support to the facilities team.
