MANA MANA HOSPITALITY (subsidiary of EXSIM HOSPITALITY BERHAD) in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an Engineering and Maintenance professional for a full-time role to provide expert technical support and maintenance for our facilities and infrastructure.

You will conduct regular inspections, manage HVAC/electrical/plumbing/life safety systems, coordinate with contractors, keep detailed records, and drive cost-effective improvements while upholding health and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar engineering or maintenance role in hospitality.
• Strong technical expertise in building systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and life safety.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, manuals and specifications.
• Relevant technical qualifications or certifications in engineering or related field.

Responsibilities

• Perform regular inspections, maintenance, and repairs of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, life safety).
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and troubleshoot issues to minimize disruption.
• Coordinate with external contractors and vendors for large-scale projects and repairs.
• Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities and equipment performance.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement cost-saving solutions.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Provide training and support to the facilities team.

About the role

MANA MANA HOSPITALITY (subsidiary of EXSIM HOSPITALITY BERHAD) is seeking an exceptional Engineering and Maintenance professional to join our team in Kuala Lumpur. What you’ll be doing

• Proven experience in a similar engineering or maintenance role, ideally within the hospitality industry

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a proactive and solutions-oriented approach
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Relevant technical qualifications or certifications, such as a diploma or degree in engineering or a related field
