Job summary

LATHA SANTHOSH RESOURCES SDN.BHD in Negeri Sembilan is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee hospital cleaning operations. You will lead cleaners, assign daily tasks, and ensure high cleaning standards across wards, toilets, and public areas.

You will monitor the use of cleaning chemicals, equipment and PPE, conduct routine inspections, enforce SOPs, report issues to the Manager, and train staff on infection control and safety to maintain a clean, safe healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor cleaners to ensure proper cleaning standards.
• Assign daily cleaning duties and work areas to staff.
• Ensure hospital areas, toilets, wards and public areas are cleaned according to SOP.
• Monitor proper use of cleaning chemicals, equipment and PPE.
• Conduct routine inspections and take corrective action when required.
• Ensure cleaning schedules and checklists are completed.
• Report cleaning issues, shortages and incidents to the Manager.
• Train and guide cleaners on proper hospital cleaning procedures.
• Ensure infection control, safety and hygiene requirements are followed
