Job summary

The role involves guiding clients through the entire mortgage journey, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring compliance while aiming to meet sales targets and deliver high customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Proactively identify and cultivate new mortgage lending opportunities to achieve individual sales targets.
• Conduct in-depth financial needs analysis with prospective clients to recommend appropriate mortgage products and solutions offered by UOB Malaysia.
• Guide clients through the entire mortgage application process, including documentation submission, credit assessment, and legal procedures.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of UOB Malaysia’s mortgage products, policies, and relevant regulatory requirements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders (e.g., credit, legal, operations) and external partners (e.g., real estate agents, developers) to facilitate smooth mortgage transactions.
• Address client inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and challenges in the mortgage lending landscape.
• Prepare and submit accurate and timely reports on sales performance and pipeline activities.
• Ensure full compliance with all internal policies, procedures, and external regulatory guidelines.
