Job summary

LKL Advance Metaltech is seeking a Sales & Technical Support to join our Local Sales team in Johor. This role involves customer interaction, sales support and hands-on technical activities, with opportunities to build a career in the medical equipment industry.

You will promote products to hospitals and healthcare professionals, support quotations and tender documentation, and assist with demonstrations, deliveries and user training.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM / Certificate / Diploma in any relevant field.
• 1-2 years of relevant experience preferred; fresh candidates with the right attitude are welcome to apply.
• Possess a valid Class D driving license and willing to travel.
• Good communication, interpersonal and computer skills.
• Able to work independently in a home-based environment with regular reporting to the Area Sales Manager.

Responsibilities

• Promote and introduce LKL medical products to hospitals, clinics, dealers and healthcare professionals.
• Support sales activities, customer follow-ups, quotations and tender documentation.
• Assist with product demonstrations, deliveries, installations and user training.
• Provide basic technical and after-sales support and coordinate technical issues with the relevant team.
• Maintain customer records, service reports and sales-related documentation.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth delivery and customer support.
• Travel within Johor for customer visits and on-site support when required.
