Job summary

LKL Advance Metaltech Sdn Bhd is seeking a Sales & Technical Support professional to join the Local Sales team in Johor. This role involves engaging with hospitals, clinics and healthcare professionals, providing sales support and hands-on technical activities.

The candidate will travel within Johor, conduct product demonstrations, and deliver on-site support and training. Fresh candidates with the right attitude are welcome to apply, with a valid Class D license and willingness to travel.

Qualifications

Minimum qualification: SPM/Certificate/Diploma in any field.
1–2 years of relevant experience preferred; fresh candidates with the right attitude are welcome to apply.
Possess a valid Class D driving license and willing to travel.
Good communication, interpersonal and computer skills.
Able to work independently in a home-based environment with regular reporting to the Area Sales Manager.

Responsibilities

Promote and introduce LKL medical products to hospitals, clinics, dealers and healthcare professionals.
Support sales activities, customer follow-ups, quotations and tender documentation.
Assist with product demonstrations, deliveries, installations and user training.
Provide basic technical and after-sales support and coordinate technical issues with the relevant team.
Maintain customer records, service reports and sales-related documentation.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth delivery and customer support.
Travel within Johor for customer visits and on-site support when required.
