Qualifications

• Hands-on Python delivery of production-grade data pipelines.
• Airflow orchestration, scheduling, monitoring and support experience.
• ETL/ELT workflows with troubleshooting and performance tuning.
• Production incident response and service improvement exposure.
• Clear communication with stakeholders and distributed teams.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot).
• Experience with Scrum or Kanban delivery practices.
• Spec-Driven Development (SDD) and Test-Driven Development (TDD) experience.

• Contribute to modern agile delivery within balanced cross-functional teams.
• Participate in on-call support coverage as needed to meet operational requirements.

Requirements

• Python proficiency with hands‑on delivery of production‑grade services or pipelines
• Apache Airflow capability for orchestration, scheduling, monitoring and support
• ETL/ELT workflow experience including troubleshooting, reruns, backfills and performance tuning
• Managed services or production support exposure including incident response and service improvement
• Clear communication for working with stakeholders and distributed teams
• Adaptability to context switch across applications and competing operational priorities
• Nice to have Java exposure as a secondary skill
• Familiarity with AI‑assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot
• Experience working with Scrum or Kanban delivery practices
• Spec‑Driven Development (SDD) and Test‑Driven Development (TDD) experience
