Job summary

Collaborate with Front Desk and Marketing, maintain accurate records, and work toward individual and team sales targets. Experience in sales or healthcare is an advantage; strong communication and a persuasive, professional presence are essential.

Responsibilities

• Follow up with new and existing patients
• Explain treatment plans, promotions and available payment options
• Convert enquiries into appointments
• Follow up on pending treatment plans
• Maintain accurate sales and follow-up records
